Born Octavious Hose, outr.cty (pronounced “Outer City”) is an Atlanta-based Christian hip-hop artist whose sound moves from Southern trap to thoughtful, lyrical storytelling.

His creative roots run through Tri-Cities High School in East Point, where he began writing and producing. Influences like André 3000, Lupe Fiasco, and Lecrae helped shape his perspective. Faith gave that creativity a new direction.

Today, he makes music that carries a Christ-centered message into everyday life, inviting people from every walk of life to listen closer.
